Choosing a CRM is really choosing how your team will work every day. Here is what changes when a Dubai brokerage moves to Propfusion, and the part of the product behind each point.
1. Portal leads are answered while they are still warm
Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Meta and website leads arrive in one list, each with its source. A distribution plan hands every new lead to the right agent, who is notified at once on the web and on their phone.
You set the response target. Every lead shows whether it was answered on time, and a rescue plan moves untouched leads to another agent before they go cold. More on the lead management page.

2. Listings go out right, and stay right
Each listing carries its Trakheesi permit and expiry date, and the list flags every permit that has expired or expires in the next 30 days. A quality score shows what a listing is missing, such as photos, a description or the permit, before it goes live.
Publish to Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle from the listing and check its live status on each portal. If your company wants approval first, the request goes to a manager, who approves it in a click.

3. WhatsApp is part of the CRM, not a separate phone
Call and WhatsApp buttons sit on every lead. Each tap is logged against the lead and counts towards the agent's response time, so managers see real activity instead of promises.
Agents share a listing or a project brochure on WhatsApp in a click and use message templates for the replies they send most. Calls and WhatsApp clicks from your Property Finder and Bayut listings show up next to the listing they came from.
WhatsApp Pro answers for you when nobody can: a welcome message for every new contact, an away message outside your business hours in Dubai time, and keyword replies for the questions you get every day. Campaigns, approved templates and flows are one tab away. See communication tools.

4. Managers see what is really happening
Targets are set per person, team or department, and scorecards fill themselves from CRM activity. Each agent sees their own grade, pace and rank. Managers see the leaderboard, stage movements, assignments and the response-time ladder, plus a feed of every action on every lead. See targets and performance.

5. Leasing paperwork finally has a home
A tenancy contract is filled in from the listing and sets up the cheque schedule. Every cheque has a status, bounced cheques get replacements, security cheques are tracked and reminders go out before rent is due. Maintenance tickets, the DEWA ledger and an owner portal sit right beside them.

6. AI that saves time, and asks first
PropFusion AI sums up a lead before a call, suggests listings from your inventory that fit a client's requirements, and types out voice notes. Type “2 bed in Marina under 150k” into the listing search, press Ask AI, and the filters fill themselves. The assistant can open pages and start tours for you, and it always asks before it changes anything in the CRM.

7. Agents work from their phones
The app for iPhone and Android puts the day on one screen: follow-ups overdue, due today and in the next seven days, with leads and listings a tap away. Each morning, agents with something due get a short brief and a push: today's follow-ups, overdue ones, calendar events and new leads overnight. They call or message a client in one tap, mark the follow-up done straight after, and check in for attendance with their location.

8. New agents learn it on the real screens
Tutorials in the CRM has more than 80 guided tours. Each one opens the real page and highlights one thing at a time, and they are arranged in learning paths such as First day, Win more clients and Leasing & rentals. The app has 17 tours of its own, so new joiners get going without someone sitting next to them.
