1. Cookies and Browser Storage

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that keep small pieces of data on your device for one website. We use very few of either, and only to make the website and the CRM work and remember your choices. This policy lists all of them.

First-party storage is set by our own domains. Third-party storage is set by another company's domain; no third-party service sets cookies or browser storage on our website.

2. On Our Website (propfusion.io)

Our website does not need you to sign in, and it keeps only these items in your browser. None of them identify you, and none are shared with anyone.

3. In the CRM (crm.propfusion.io)

When you sign in to Propfusion CRM, the items below are needed for the CRM to work. They are set only after you sign in.

4. Push Notifications

Our website does not load push notification scripts and does not ask to show browser notifications. If you allowed notifications for propfusion.io in the past, you can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser's site settings, under Notifications. If we offer website notifications again, we will update this policy first.

5. Analytics and Advertising

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics such as Google Analytics, Hotjar or the Meta Pixel on propfusion.io or in the CRM. If that changes, we will update this policy before we start.

6. Managing Your Choices

Because everything we store is needed for the site to work or to remember your own choices, we don't show a cookie banner. You stay in control through your browser: clearing a site's data removes its cookies, local storage and session storage.

  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari on Mac: Settings, then Privacy, then Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions

If you clear the CRM's data, you will be signed out and your view preferences will reset. Clearing the website's data resets your theme and the country you chose, and may show the demo invitation again.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation or our services. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
