By accessing or using Propfusion CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality or security

3. Facebook Login & Permissions

When using Facebook Login, you grant us access to certain information from your Facebook account as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You can control or revoke access at any time via your Facebook settings.

We will never post to Facebook without your explicit permission.

4. User Content

If the app allows you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to provide app functionality.

You are solely responsible for the content you share through the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code in the app (excluding user content) are the property of Propfusion LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the app for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
