Our method
How we write and check our pages
Our use-case pages, integration guides, broker guides and free tools (the pages that show an "Updated" date and a "Checked with AI tools" line) describe only features that are live for clients, and each one lists its sources with the date we checked them. We use AI tools to research and draft these pages, and to check every product claim against the product and every rule against the official source; anything we cannot confirm is cut.

The rules we follow
- Which pages
- Pages that show an "Updated" date and a "Checked with AI tools against the product and official sources" line: the use cases, integration guides, broker guides, free tools and the Dubai real estate CRM overview.
- Sources
- Rules link to the official page that sets them (for example the Dubai Land Department or the UAE government portal). Product facts link to our own pages. Every source shows the date we last checked it.
- Live features only
- On these pages, a feature that is still being built, tested or rolled out is not described, even when it is close.
- Product checks
- Each claim about the product is checked against the product itself (its screens, its help pages and the code behind them) before the page is published, and again when the page is updated.
- Use of AI
- AI tools help us research, draft and shorten these pages, and we use them to check each page against the product and the official sources. Anything that cannot be confirmed is cut before the page goes live.
- Screens
- Screenshots show the Propfusion Demo Realty sample workspace. All people, listings and numbers in them are fictional.
- What these pages never include
- Client names, logos or figures without the client's written permission; data taken from property portals; claims about other companies without a source.
- Updates
- Product pages are checked again at each release that changes them; guides at least once a year and whenever a rule changes. The updated date moves only when the content changes.
- Corrections
- E-mail info@propfusion.io with the page and the problem. Our team corrects it and updates the date.
Step by step
How a page goes from draft to live
The same five steps for every use case, integration guide, broker guide and free tool that shows a “Checked with AI tools” line.
Start from a real question
Each page begins with a question brokers and managers ask when they choose or use a CRM. The question becomes the page's heading and the first two or three sentences answer it directly.Draft with AI tools
AI tools research the topic and write the first draft from our product notes and the official sources. A draft is only a starting point: the next two steps decide what stays.Check every product claim against the product
With AI tools, we check each sentence against the product itself: what the screen shows, who can use it and what happens when you press the button, confirmed in the screens, the help pages and the code. Anything we cannot confirm is cut.Check every rule against the official page
For Dubai and UAE rules we check the current page of the authority that publishes the rule, link it, and record the date we checked it. We explain the rule in our own words and never copy the official text.Date, publish and correct
The page goes live with the date it was updated and the line "Checked with AI tools against the product and official sources". If a mistake is reported to info@propfusion.io, our team corrects the page and moves its date.
Guides
Guides explain the rules; they are not advice
Our guides for Dubai brokers describe what the official sources say on the day we checked them, and show how to do the job in the CRM where that feature is live. Every guide carries this note:
The free tools work the same way: they show an estimate from the numbers you type, they run only in your browser, and they store nothing.

How to report a mistake
If a page says something the product does not do, or a rule has changed since we checked it, tell us. Send the page address and what is wrong; a screenshot helps. We check it, correct the page and move its updated date.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
- Do you use AI to write your pages?
Yes. AI tools help us research, write first versions and make long texts shorter. We also use them to check every page against the product and, for rules, against the official source, and anything that cannot be confirmed is removed before the page goes live.
- How are your pages checked?
With AI tools. Each product claim is checked against the Propfusion product itself: its screens, its help pages and the code behind them. Each rule is checked against the official source linked on the page, with the date it was checked.
- Why do your guides link to DLD and other official sites?
Because the official page is where the rule is set, and rules change. Each guide links the source for every rule and shows the date we checked it, so you can open the current version and confirm it yourself.
- How do I report a mistake on one of your pages?
E-mail info@propfusion.io with the page address and what is wrong. We check it against the product or the official source, correct the page if needed and update its date.
