Smart lead stages: leads move when your agents act
When an agent starts a WhatsApp chat, makes a call or books a viewing, the lead can move to the stage you choose, with an undo. You decide which action moves a lead where.
Moves on its own
NewWhatsApp started, call started or answered, viewing booked and viewing done can each move the lead to a stage you pick.
Moved automatically, with Undo
NewThe lead page and the lead's history say what moved it and who did it, and one tap puts it back.
Your rules, your stages
NewRules use your company's own stages, can differ for sale and rent leads, and switch off one by one.
Only forward
NewLeads only move forward. Closed, won and pool leads are left alone, and a stage a person set recently is kept (24 hours by default).
Automations stay quiet
NewA stage's own automations don't run on automatic moves unless you switch that on for the stage.
