Help inside the CRM is quicker. The help chat answers from our Help Center and shows the article it used, and passes you to a person whenever it isn't sure or you ask.

ImprovedOpen Support and choose Chat with us. Answers come from the Help Center, with a link to the article they came from.
A person when you need one
NewTap Talk to a person at any time. The chat is handed over with a clear message, and the reply arrives live.
Files and images
NewSend screenshots and files in the chat, both ways.
Rate the help you got
NewRate a resolved chat out of five stars. Writing again reopens it.
