Best real estate CRM in Dubai (2026): how to choose
There is no single best real estate CRM for every Dubai brokerage. Most choose between a local real estate CRM with portals, WhatsApp and Dubai leasing tools built in, and a global CRM set up with add-ons. Decide on four things: your team size, how much leasing you do, the contract terms you can accept, and how fast portal leads must reach an agent. Among local vendors that publish prices, per-user prices run from AED 150 to about AED 364 a month, and Propfusion, which wrote this page, prices per team instead.

How we compared
- What we read
- Each vendor's own pricing page or home page, on 30 October 2026
- What we did not do
- We did not try other vendors' products or use review-site scores. Where a vendor's page doesn't say something, we leave it out rather than guess
- Vendor claims
- Statements about other products are each vendor's own words, linked to the page they are on
- Which vendors
- Local real estate CRMs that often come up in AI assistants' answers and “best CRM in Dubai” articles, one global CRM with a free edition, and Propfusion because we make it
- Currency
- US dollar prices converted at the official peg of AED 3.6725 to US$1, rounded to the dirham
- Updates
- Every quarter, and sooner when a vendor changes its prices. The date at the top is the last real check

Ruby CRM

- 5 users
- AED 1,000; AED 750 billed yearly
- 10 users
- AED 2,000; AED 1,500 billed yearly
WIYO
- 3 users
- about AED 1,091; about AED 764 with 1-year prepayment
- 5 users
- about AED 1,818; about AED 1,273 with 1-year prepayment
- 10 users
- about AED 3,636; about AED 2,545 with 1-year prepayment
Reading it fairly: per-user pricing is cheaper for very small teams, and at 3 users several per-user plans cost less than Propfusion's smallest plan. Per-team pricing gets cheaper per person as the team grows. Add-ons, VAT and minimum contracts change the total, so ask each vendor for a written quote for your head count. More in what a real estate CRM costs in Dubai.

About Propfusion
Where Propfusion fits, and where it doesn't
Our own product, including where it is weaker.
What it does well
- Sales, leasing, holiday homes, deals and commissions and KPIs in one login, with iPhone and Android apps in every plan.
- Per-team pricing: AED 1,460 a month covers up to 20 users on Professional.
- PropFusion AI, by text or live voice in English, Arabic, French or Russian, which fills in forms and saves only after your yes.
- The company's WhatsApp number and each agent's own number through Meta's official sign-up, in one inbox.
Where it is weaker
- The screens are in English; the AI answers in Arabic, but there is no Arabic interface.
- A young company, founded in 2024, with few public reviews so far.
- No free plan. For 2 or 3 people, Starter at AED 700 a month costs more than several per-user CRMs.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
- What is the cheapest real estate CRM in Dubai?
Free options exist: Zoho CRM has a free edition for up to 3 users, and REM says you can start free. Among local CRMs that publish prices, the lowest per-user price we found was AED 150 a month (Ruby CRM, billed yearly), and Propfusion costs AED 700 a month for a team of up to 6. The cheapest total depends on your head count, add-ons and any minimum contract (checked 30 October 2026).
- Is a global CRM like Zoho a good choice for a Dubai brokerage?
It can be, if you already use it or have an admin or partner to set it up. Dubai portal leads, listing publishing, tenancy contracts, cheques and commission splits are usually not built in and need apps, a partner or custom work. Local real estate CRMs include them from the start.
- Which Dubai real estate CRMs publish their prices?
On 30 October 2026, Propfusion, PropSpace, PropCRM, Ruby CRM and WIYO published prices on their websites. Pixxi, Goyzer and REM do not: Goyzer and REM quote by your agency's size, and Pixxi offers a free demo.
- Do I need a CRM with a full Arabic interface?
Only if your agents prefer to work in Arabic. REM says its team can use it in Arabic; Propfusion's screens are in English and its AI assistant answers in Arabic. Ask each vendor to show you the Arabic screens in a demo.
- How should we compare CRM AI features?
Ask the vendor to show the AI doing a real task on your data in the demo: answering a question about your leads, drafting a reply or filling in a form. Check what it can change without your confirmation, which languages it understands, and whether it needs a separate AI subscription.
