Using the sheet

From the first day to the close

Download the sheet at the start of the month and fill in the targets you didn't set here. During the month, type each agent's actual figures in the Actual column; % of target and the grade work themselves out.

On the close date, stop editing Actual and save a copy of the file with the month in its name. If a deal or a correction arrives after that, write it in the Late change (Adj) column with a reason in Note, instead of changing the closed figure.

For a KPI where lower is better, such as overdue follow-ups, the sheet counts meeting the target as 100% and scales down when the actual is over it.

FAQ

Questions about the template

Which KPIs does the template include?

Six you can tick: deals closed, commission in AED, new listings live, viewings, the share of leads replied to within your target, and overdue follow-ups (where lower is better). Each gets a row per agent with its target, actual, % of target and grade.

What grade bands does the template use?

Example bands: A from 100% of target, B from 85%, C from 70% and D below that. Change them before you download; they must go down from A to C, and the grade formulas in the sheet use them.

Does it work in Google Sheets?

Yes. In Google Sheets choose File, Import, upload the CSV and keep the option to convert text to numbers, dates and formulas. In Excel, open the file directly; it is saved as UTF-8 so Arabic and other names show correctly.

Is my team's data uploaded anywhere?

No. The sheet is built by your browser on your computer. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored, there is no sign-in, and closing the page clears it.

How is this different from Propfusion's month close?

The template is a sheet you keep up by hand. In Propfusion, actuals come from the deals and activity recorded in the CRM and the team's daily KPI entries, the month closes on its own (day 5 of the next month by default), and later changes are flagged "Adj" next to the frozen result.
