Property management software for Dubai rentals
- Cheques from custody to cleared
- Renewal reminders on the days you choose
- DEWA bills per unit
How it works
One tenancy, start to renewal
Step 1: Record the tenancy
The rental agreement holds the unit, tenant, rent, Ejari number and the cheque schedule.
Step 2: Follow every cheque
Each cheque moves from pending to deposited and cleared, or gets flagged as bounced.
Step 3: Work the daily queue
Rent due, renewals, open maintenance and unpaid DEWA bills, every morning.
Built for the way Dubai rentals run
Rent comes in post-dated cheques, DEWA bills arrive every month and repairs can't wait. Each has its own place.

Questions
Property management questions
- Does Propfusion handle post-dated rent cheques?
- Yes. Each rental agreement holds its cheque schedule. Every cheque is recorded with its number, bank and the name on it, and moves from pending to in custody, deposited and cleared. When a cheque bounces, you mark it and add the replacement, and the history stays.
- How do owners get their statements?
- Each owner gets a monthly PDF report of their properties, cheques, rent and charges, downloaded or emailed. Owners can also log in to their own portal to see income, documents and maintenance whenever they like.
- How are DEWA bills handled?
- Once a tenancy goes active, a DEWA bill is set up for the apartment for every month of the lease. You mark each month paid as it is settled, record whether your company, the owner or the tenant pays, and can publish up to 1,000 bills at once from an upload or a paste.
- How do renewals work?
- A renewal draft holds the new rent and contract dates, the admin fee with its VAT and the Ejari fee, and shows the renewal total. Committing it creates the new lease term, a fresh cheque schedule and an unsigned tenancy contract to review; earlier signed documents stay in the history.
- Can we take a management fee from the rent?
- Yes. Management terms can be a percentage fee, or a fixed owner amount per contract, month or night. Cleared rent is credited to each owner less your fee, and every owner charge and payout waits for a second person to approve it.
- Will we know before a tenant's Emirates ID or passport expires?
- Yes. The document expiry report lists tenant and owner Emirates IDs and passports that have expired or expire within the alert window you choose, and the daily leasing run prepares document-expiry alerts.
